In my massage practice, I enjoy supporting clients through transitions in their life and health. The magic of massage is in co-creating a liminal space where healing and transformation can happen.

I'm a licensed massage therapist (LMT) located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. I offer high quality, specific, individualized massage, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymph drainage. As a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA), I work from a trauma-informed and weight-inclusive approach. My philosophy of bodywork is that therapeutic massage can be relaxing and relaxation massage can be therapeutic.
