Liminal Space Therapy
A Haven for Healing

About the Practitioner

Danielle O'Keefe, LMT, CCST, CMLDT

I believe massage therapy is an effective but conservative approach to improve or even eliminate stress, pain, and dysfunction. I listen to your goals so your session with me is most effective. Based on your health concerns and my assessment of your condition, I combine a variety of techniques to create an individualized treatment plan to best address the source of your concern.

I completed a 1,000 hour massage licensing program at the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, with an emphasis on injury treatment, in 2007. I'm certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Therapy. Continuing education I've taken includes Active Isolated Stretching, Kinesio taping, injury treatment, and orthopedic massage.

After working as a massage therapist for over 10 years, I attended Bastyr University where I attained my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Master of Science in Nutrition, and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Science. In my years as a massage therapist, I've taught massage courses to massage students, including those becoming naturopathic physicians. As a counselor who specializes in eating disorders and relationship with the body, my massage practice is trauma-informed and weight-inclusive.

I enjoy working with people to create a liminal space where healing and transformation can happen.
